I should dust off the Vannik and see what porting would work best since you are running wtf 750 pipes. I can compare 75 hp Denco specs to something A bit more road race oriented.

Sure. Its a blank slate at the moment. My cyls for porting are later h1 if that makes any difference. H1e by my reckoning. My 71 cyls are standard bore. Don't want to bastardize those just yet. That zombie still hauls some a$$ with the original bottom end. I'll break it at some point. Was kinda hoping nordy would blow it up this past wkd but it didn't happen. Not like he didn't try.

Can't really confirm on the washer but the roller pusher was used on the later models 78 or 9 I think. Ned would know as he did the Z1r or Rick is the man.I'm just a rookie. Brad No roller pusher on my '78.

Found a race inspired clutch actuator plate. Looks pretty cool. I was missing the sprocket spacer collar but discovered that one off an h1 transmission works as well. Clutch assembled, oil cooler hooked up and ignitor wired.

Also found this roller bearing pusher, but I think its missing a washer, dont think one side is supposed to ride on the aluminum spring plate or the pusher itself, which is also aluminum. Would figure both sides of the bearing needs to ride on a steel washer. Can anyone confirm? Don't know if you still wanted it confirmed but you definitely need a washer between the bearing and the clutch. My APE one came with two washers for sure. I like the build a lot. What sort of flatslides is Walms talking about? I have RS34s on my 650.
