Here's a few pics of a tool I put together to hold the inner workings when replacing fork seals . You can buy the T tool with locking mechanism on the end from Princess Auto . Tool required for fork seal replacement (A) Old gauge rubber mount off my triple used as method to hold inner fork tube . It fits perfectly and tightly onto 1/2"socket extension . Completed tool to hold inner fork and the allen bolt and set to factory torque settings

Thanks guys . I was in a dilema and had no idea as to how I was going to tighten the inner workings of my front fork seal rebuild of my cons forks . So at the last second I found these pieces and tools that look and work perfectly like the tool pic in the manual . I was able to torque the inner workings to 29 lbs and will feel safe lifting the front wheel now and then . I also changed the springs to progressive springs but have not had a chance to ride yet because winter finally decided to show up this spring . Now to rebuild the front forks on my triple . There leaking a little for some strange reason .

Just a note . That Pro-point T extension I bought from Princess Auto is a locking extension . Otherwise you will loose your secondary extension inside the fork .
