Got a few tips off kawasaki.org to put the cylinders back on without the special tool. Block the centre pistons. Slide cylinders on, stuff the rings. Fit the remaining outside piston rings and tap the mother down. Feel pretty good, excellent christmas task i wasn't looking forward to doing...now enjoying a glass of cab sauv. Mmm cheers gents!

Yep ! We have the tool at the shop but we still use a few small blocks of wood as well !!!

Drewski sold me a ST bodyset. Tank holds more gas and I do like the sharp lines. Kinda in between the z1r and rounded z1 shapes. Looks great in the snow!

i do agree the st body work is nice, the tail/seat is a bit long for my liking but i think the factory got it right with this set. what colour are you painting yours?
