You do realize that tools that look pristine is like having hands with no calluses eh.... Ahhh but in your case, the cause of the calusses is likely suspect to say the least.

I have rebuilt almost more 4 strokes than 2 strokes...
It's not very complicated at all

Ned, you used to build circle track motors didn't you? I hear ya though, diving into a new motor is more daunting than something you are familiar with. I'm lucky, I'm generally too naïve to be concerned!

I guess its cuz I don't even need the manual for a triple engine anymore. All steps memorized, torque values etc. The unfamiliar is good, keeps the mind sharp. It was good talking to jims buddies at neds, got some tips. I've got valve guide seals in the head to replace..... And I've got 3 running triples. Hmmm hard choice eh, think I'm more focussed on the triples. This is a triple site not kzrider lol.......
