Cooking up a 25lb whole pork leg for this Saturday January 10 with all the trimmings. All triplers and wannabes are welcome to come feast on the latest from Chef Givr. Figure I need 8-10 hours of slow cooked goodness for this one, should be ready by 5pm. Heated garage available for Kawasaki perusement and possibly part swap. Bring your Z1 or KZ dual calipers for cash and prizes! Potluck items welcome. PM me for address if you haven't been here before.

Whoa!! I wish it was in a couple of weeks from now. Mrs. Drewski will be away. That would've been too perfect. Have fun!

Sounds like a great idea givr. Not going to get any work done if I'm down there but it sounds like it's too good to be true. I'll be in touch re supplies.

Yep! Should turn out awesome. If the pork isn't enough I have 3 racks of ribs and a couple pounds of 1000 day old Gouda. Bring your cayuga vids on a stick, can have them going on the big screen whilst stuffing our faces

As mentioned in text, pain pills for knee injury have me too messed up to drive or do really anything else other than lay on the couch and sleep/get fat so I will be out,
You all have a good time though

Best ever slow cooked roasted pork on a 24 hr timeline in the world givr . Great to see so many show up . Our jammsession was hilariously crazy fun . Thnks for lending me your ax and base . Just wish I could play then properly . Jim you were awesome with the little blues riff on the 200 year old violin . That thing was not a fiddle .

Excellent bike night Chef Givr. Most amazing pork roast ever. And the basement session was good fun. Nice setup there. It was great to meet some more triplers.
