yeah thanks guys I'm what the yungins would call it "like stoked" or sumpthin LOL!!! actually to have found it 3minutes from my door!!! checked just now and we got good spark but I'm thinkin on pullin the motor apart for a looksee first... guy said about 16yrs ago he put a new piston and rings in it but never ran it.... but yeah I'm really thinkin it really should come apart...

thru some oil and gas at her 5 or 6 kicks and she fired right up! SOB!!! LOL!!!

scored a gascap and vent hose and my alberta made seatcover arrived!! this thing has a thin aluminum seatpan and it was fairly straight forward staplin the cover on! looks decent too!!

To be honest, not a bad price... It would depend if you can weld yourself to get it done cheaper. Looks like an old school skinny pipe, they work too... So to answer your questions... Not sure? Lol
