I got busy with the dremel last night. I ported the case and valve cover. I haven't decided how much to cut the disk yet though. I bought an OKO 24mm flat slide. There is plenty of meat in the outlet so I might bore the carb to fit over the rotary valve spigot. The rotary valve still needs to be bored out to 24mm I'd show more pics but my photobucket isn't uploading today for some reason.

Andrew, you know the whole idea of an Ego Slayer is that a little, slow bike can beat big fast ones in the twisties. If you're not careful, you're going to have something as fast as a triple.

I never opened the port "higher" just pie shaped "wider" you can see where I slipped once towards the right side... A little JB weld will fix that up. Here is the cover roughed out. It still needs to be bored and prepped for the carb. Check out the meat here... This will help me big time for adapting to the rotary motor.
