That's a neat looking bike! Interesting description too. I'd like to see how he converted 3 port to 5... Aluminum or JB Weld? Also not too sure about the a single rear shock. I'm curious about this statement " Rotary valve case ported to match KE 175 manifold at 24mm" Port timing to 175 spec only or did he retrofit a 175 valve cover??? Maybe Rick will chime in but I believe the 175 valve is much bigger. I think he just modified the valve port to fit the larger 175 carb....the valves are not the same..... Looks like a neat little bike......

Playing around a bit with my new parts today... What is behind the tarp Walms? And could you have picked a colder day to open the garage door?

Thx Drewski! Btw, the forks were fine, someone removed the spacers on top of the springs.

You always need to leave room for improvement for the next photo eh! Next step is to mockup the tail section out of card stock, knock off the extra bits above the frame rails. Why am I getting the urge to throw some studded tires on one of these things and go ice racing in the 100cc class against a bunch of 14 year olds! Haha
