Looks like a real piece of history! Brad Well, according to the last owner, it was really just a fun-time racer that has been collecting dust for 9 years. He got the motor off a buddy and bought the chassis from a racer outta Ohio. In it's previous life, it had a Harley motor. There are about 9 passes on it, some of them just 1/8th mile runs. So... time to see what we have here, and craft a plan to breathe some life into the Beast!

Well, more twists and turns for this project than you'll see on an afternoon soap opera, eh Walms?! So, no more FBG engine for the h1. But, I'm gonna piece it together anyway and slide the Mongrel engine into it. If all goes according to plan. I mean... what could possibly go wrong... right?!!? Stand by...

It's going to resemble a subtly modified h1a. Stock bodywork, seat rear fender, grab rail, lights, etc. The obvious alterations will be the h2 engine, WTF Crossover pipes, aluminum rims and a few other little bits here and there.

Are you going to leave the body work untouched? I think I looks good with the original "patina" as they say!

So what bike chassis, or who, is the final destination for the FBG engine?

So what bike chassis, or who, is the final destination for the FBG engine? j The FBG will reside in a h2b chassis with the Tracy body and zrx1100/1200 running gear. Seaglider gets to pilot that beast around the peaceful streets of Oakville!

You may want to have a chat with Mouth regarding range of his considerably larger tanked FBG bike. Seaglider gets to pilot that beast around the peaceful streets of Oakville! And any "stunts" will be subsequently be blamed/followed up by the coppers at the residence's of already known "Triple hoodlums" residing in Oakville! J

I think Don will be wearing a "jerry can" strapped on like a backpack!! We do have a set of h2 body work as an option as well. It needs some TLC and a coat of paint too though. The "Kawasaki Green" bodywork could be an option as well.

So, there were a few minutes of spare time a few days ago, so a few bits were thrown together: I like the look! The engine is just empty cases... The engine is gonna come out of the "Mongrel" and then it will reside in a new home! I'm quite excited!

:)Nice Spring is just around the corner Yes, Spring IS just around the corner... well... maybe a couple of corners. But it's gonna be here before I'm ready if I don't get moving forward here!! That said, I intend to get some assembly work done over the "Christmas Weeks" here. I hope to get the engine in the chassis, along with most, if not all of the electrical, and all the fuel/oil lines, etc. The WTF's will need some "tweaking" (dang it... I wish I could weld!) to fit properly, so they will come later. However, I still need some significant bits and pieces. I need a seat, rear fender, tail light assembly and a grab rail. All assorted nuts and bolts to attach those pieces might be handy as well. Speak up lads!! Especially u guys in Southern Ontario!! Time to get rid of the unwanted h1,h1a or h1b stuff collecting dust in the basement/garage!! I'm waiting for the PM's to come flooding in.
