OK, this is a part I really need help with, it's the bracket that bolts to the frame and holds the top of the rubber strap that holds the oil tank in place. PN 32101-008 Plate,1.6T. Had it, can't find it, damn it Janet! Hate it when that happens. I dropped a lower shock mount bolt on the floor a few weeks ago and it must have disintegrated because I can't find a trace of it!! It dropped about 12" and I felt it hit my foot... then... nowhere!!

The chalky appearance you get I believe is oxidization. I soaked an old one Ian was good enough to give me lasts summer in Evaporust for about 3 days. About 3 times a day I gave it a scrubbing with a nylon brush. My wife is still pissed about that. Came out looking brand spanking new. Caution Evaporust leaves a film on parts so when you are done make sure you give it a good rinse, fresh water scrub, dry and Autosol the slide throat.

Told my girl I'd have to forget her- rather by me a new carburettor! I found two 92.5 mains and one 90, two needles with the clip in the 4th and one in the 3rd. Unfortunately I did not note what carb they were located in. It was running stock pipes. Would the odd ones out have been in the centre cyl? Same thinking as the snowmobile guys running the cyl closest to the clutch fatter than the rest? If I was planning on running some Dencos on this thing, any opinions on initial jet sizes and needle settings?

I would put the same jetting in all 3 carbs ..if there's an issue once it's up and running, change it then. 100 mains might be a good start for chambers and stock air box.

Well, those are a s clean as my patience will allow. New Mikuni jets and pilots from Andre at Diablocycle.com. Apparently he has done some work on the new web site and it is much faster! Forks rebuilt (parts from Diablo) and filled with Amsoil. And, I am going to try my luck with the gauges.

A question about brakes. Where would I go for braided brake lines to replace the stockers?

Can someone tell me I won't regret this? Thanks for the use of the irons Walms, but Ian forgot to give me the instructions.
