four jaw chuck. grinding attachment. .005" removal and then polished.

I took the area of the 3 tubes and it translated to 80mm dia for the collector... Let me know if you want me to reduce that and I'll supply the flat layout for it as well... I'll also send you the triangular pyramid you'll need to bridge the 3 pipes in the center.

a bit more progress. air filters and spark leads. Hey Don, I'm curious what you used for glueing that filter material together. I'm just about to pick up a sheet a Uni filter foam to fab up some filters for my son's Suzuki GT500 and I've been wondering whether to use contact cement, or crazy glue, or melt the edges together with acetone, or .
