After reading about Lou signing up for the VRRA, etc. I decided to see when the events are. Here's their calendar. www.vrra.ca/events.htmI'm setting aside June 6-8 (Shannonville) and August 15-17 (Mosport) aside to check out the racing!

That would be awesome to see a few guy's come out. I do my race course in mid April then ride as often as I can afford. Should be an interesting Summer

...and don't forget, occasionally we do "Parade Laps" at some of the races. For those not familiar, if you want, ususally at a lunch break, you can go out on the track and ride. They have different speed groups, so if you have a nice street bike a nice vintage, whatever, all you have to do is pass tech, pay a small fee and go! The fast group do go at a pretty good clip, but if you just want to go out for the experience you can choose a slower group. Soooooo, if you don't have a racing licence you can still get a feel of what it's like out on a track. I did it about four years ago and have been racing ever since. ;D I used to sit in the stands, on a hill, leaning against a fence thinking "Jeez those guys look like they're having fun"! Well guess what, we are!!!!

I'd like to make it out this year for sure. Track time would be cool... I'd imagine full leathers would be in order though eh?
