Got a call from a friend who has been watching the build page, he tells me he has some spare brake lines but not long enough..... then I remembered the front brake splitter that came with the second front end I bought.... bingo... take the splitter apart and powder coat, fuss around and now that problem is solved.
While I was at it the Suzuki dealership called to say the rear brake master rebuild kit was in, another good score.
Did some hunting and found a mechanic at the Ford dealership with the correct helicoil... wow.. he lent me the kit and I got that sorted out and returned his stuff with a $10 bill inside. Now that should be all the brake issues solved, even had time to do a little work on the engine! I love it when a plan comes together.

Indeed! That washer is installed on the end of your point cam. For EVERYTHING you wanted to know about setting points talk to "Biker Don" (Kawboy) as he is the point KING!

Looking sweet Bake ;D ;D Mine came out easy enough... just pushed up a tad and then the bottom had clearance to come out. Just keep your eye on the washers as I almost lost mine after forgetting them in the cover and then found them at the bottom of the cleaning tray
