I was down at Unidilla for an AMA MX national a few weeks back and they had a huge display of vintage MX bikes and among them i saw this OSSA. Check out the rear suspension. It is brilliant, not sure what year it is but assume it is pre 76 when Yamaha introduced the monoshock to reduce unsprung weight.

That's quite the linkage on that thing...did it have one on each side? Looks like an aluminum swingarm too..mine was all steel..

Good question, assumed it did. I never spent the time i would like to have with these bikes as my brother in law wasn't as interested. There had to be 100 in all, Hodaka's, Huski's, Jawa, Penton, Bultaco, Hercules, Maico, Ryckman, HD, Penton, CZ, Canam and of course, Kawi, YZ's, Elsinore's, RM's, awesome. More PICs Who said HD never had a 2 stroke Honda factory rider Ivan Tedesco's went retro and his bike was dressed in vintage Elsinor plastic The Pro Circuit Kawi boys own the 250 class but may not end up with the championship which will be decided today at Steel City PA. And who can resist the Monster Girls

I can feel the unsprung weight just looking at the pictures.
