Nice Tracy body! My dad has a Cb750 one in the rafters. I've got a FZ600 swinger like that for my RZ, took me forever to find one. Thanks! I remember those Tracy's from my high school days! In my 'minds eye' I can still 'see' them on CB750's, Kawi's and Suzook 2 strokes!! Your Dad is a lucky man to still have one! Did he have it on a bike back in the day? Make sure he hangs on to it, or passes it on to someone who appreciates it, like you!! Or me!! Ya, I got lucky getting this FZR! I've tried to find one off and on for the last year or so. I've been watching your project too! Keep it goin'! It'll be fun to roll into Paris together! ;D

It was on a Kawasaki triple before I got it but is doesn't fit on any of my triples. The tail is too narrow for my early and late H1 and the tank won't go over the coils either. It's definitely not H2. It will fit on my 72 S2 but not quite right around the rear. It still has a Georgia plate on it and a Kawasaki tail light. The guy I got it from bought it for his CB450 which it didn't quite fit either. Anybody have any thoughts?

Hey guys! I was fooling around with the project today after I picked up the parts Zambia had for me (Thanks Lou and Ian! ) I don't know why I didn't clue in sooner, but I found that the FZR fork tubes are the same as the H2 tubes! so, that means they slide right into the H2 triple clamps! That inspired me to slide the FZR swinger into the H2 frame and... ta da...

So, I tossed the Tracy on it and... I'm pretty pumped at the way this is fitting together already! I know we'll run into some 'issues' as we go forward, but the progress is gratifying!

Andrew, here's some shots of the lower shock area. This obviously isn't the final setup, but it gives us some idea of what we're up against.

Will you consider enduro pipes Drew? ;D It's gonna be a challenge to get 3 pipes thru there... The shock and link is where the 2 pipes normally reside. Never say never though. ;D

Lose the mono, weld up some mounts for the old school shocks. Handling and performance be damned! I have to admit though, the mono doesn't look bad with the tracy body. But never mind what I think, you're the boss! I wish I was as far ahead as you are on your project. Are you going to put the stock big a$$ rear signals on, or you thinking of chopping the tabs?

I'm not quite ready to give up! ;D ;D However... Would it be much easier to go with a more conventional fat pipe layout? Tucked in at the front and then swinging out one on the left and 2 on the right?

Thanks for the encouragement!!
