That's my guess/goal . Which would make a total weight for 485 with rider.

O'k, one last mention here regarding the Triples in Paris Weekend. I started a project to list the actual weights of the Triples at Donnie's on Saturday evening. I actually forgot about the plan until Walms reminded me AFTER I had my Mongrel loaded up and tied down in the back of my truck! Mine would have to wait to be weighed until this week at my shop. I acquired 2 standard bathroom weigh scales ($12 each) and we rolled each bike carefully onto the scales, read the weight off the front and rear scales and added them together to arrive at the total. Simple. Here's the list: Hey Andrew! Your bike is 11 lbs lighter than mine, but you're 21 lbs heavier than I am. You're gonna hafta "go some" in the HP department to make that up bud! Have fun comparing the bikes. You'll notice Rolands' bike is lightest. I think it's an s3, but please correct me if I'm wrong. Joker's stock h2c came in as the "heavy weight king" of Triples! Some benchmark data from Paris 2015... I believe the rider weights are on the far right column. Im down 20lbs so my gross bike/rider weight is 595lbs. Gotta lose thise mag rims, dang! So mitch has 100lbs on me, see you at the finish line after i finish the last lap.

Rolando is S3. Came in 17lbs lighter then my stock s3.. I believe that's mostly due to his pipes

So I guess my next thought for this bike would be how to make a diaper.. weird I thought I was done with those things when the little guy got potty trained and untill Lou gets a bit older.. What's a good cost effective fire resistant absorbant material..

Look up oil diaper or engine diaper. I had a bunch when I raced. I did it the easy way and just used hardware cloth folded over the top and bottom of the diaper and then just safety word it to the frame tubes that ran underneath the engine. This work for Arma

Industrial mechanics use retardant cloths to soak up oil spills.I have a friend that works for OTIS that gave me a bunch.I wrapped about six of them in square chicken wire & slid them between the pipes & frame rails & safety wire to the frame like Moo said. I've also done what Walms said, works fine if you have the room.
