Nylon pistons and cylinders... nice and slippery so no lube required.

Your wife isn't bugging you enough to get $hit done around the house. Looks effing cool tho! Let me know when you've got a liquid cooled h1 single piece top end done to h1r spec and the casting molds are done.

I was actually considering to make a single cylinder engine with a H1 topend at 1 point, see if it could keep up to Rick's rotary valve. It would make a nice mule for testing H1 pipes tho.

I've been using the software since 96 and still finding different features to play with and learn. It's been a great investment. I'd like to give my grandkids something to throw into the replicator too eh.

Bill Baxter does that for his record setting h2...he's sent me some videos, pretty cool idea. Especially when you have a dyno in your garage
