looks like I need to have a pipe header section cut off and rotated then rewelded... anyone help?

I can cut it adjust to the bike and then tack it but there's no way I can finish weld it, I need help lol

It's just stainless, you should be able to find a local fab shop to tig it...even a place that does large truck exhaust systems

I wouldn't tack it,
Cut it, adjust to bike, then either cross line with a sharpie or bring bike and pipe to a welding shop with a TIG

I agree with Curtis, plus not to state the obvious but make sure your cut is prefect...tig welding is very precise, make sure there's no gaps to fill in

Sounds good fellas!! Looks like I need to bring the bike and pipe to someone, I ain't gonna touch anything!!
Now who is that someone? Anybody on ktc?? I don't mind driving a couple hours to make sure the jobs done right!

Where do you live? I got a guy that knows his way around a tig...I'm from Hamilton though, not worth your time if your not close

Well, Jim's no 'pipe king'... but he's a "Pipewelder"! He's got 'mad skillz' as a welder/fabricator. He could handle your task. Good luck getting him to carve you out some time though. He has a LOT on his plate. It's worth a PM though.
