Here is the finished LH to RH conversion. Leon in the Netherlands supplied the RH bracket ( which Andre now sells) plus the 2 small items to convert . First remove Brake line and bleeder . From the inside install a short 4 mm rod into the brake line hole . From the outside of the Bleeder insert a 3mm rod into the hole and up against the 4 mm rod . Give it a whack and the insert will come out . Now screw in the threaded insert (supplied) into the brake line hole and you now have the Bleeder side done. The Bleeder Hole must be drill and tapped . drill out the small hole for your insert you just removed and your done . Clean the caliper and your ready to go . Sure beats paying $800 bigs for a conversion or $350 + from the guy in Italy for the same conversion. Here is the conversion with Z1 Enterprises Z1 brake line (painted) Ian

Ian, Looks great! The way they should have been in the first place. I am glad you explained how to do it. The extra little pieces in Leon's hardware kit baffled me. I was actually gonna e-mail to ask you what they were for. Now all I need to complete the conversion on my H2 is the splitter which I'll get from Z1 Ent. next time Jeff he's sending me some parts. Did you find it difficult to enlarge the bleeder hole to tap it? Looks like it could be a challenge to get lined up right because of the caliper's shape. Andre

Andre the Caliper MUST be held tight and a drill press used. It must be drilled straight so when you put he insert in it will still be centered . Tapping new threads was the easy part 10X1.25 I think . The insert for the bleeder valve will be a just little long once in . I used a dremal grinder the snip off the end OR you can drill farther down . run a tap thru and insert .
Glad you got the parts ok. Mine were shipped to someone else and then the next ones got lost. Ian

Andre Andre, you do know you should be running a 5/8 bore master cylinder with that setup right? You can either buy a repro from Jeff like I did for my Z1 or drill your 1/2 master for the 5/8 piston kit still available from Kaw.

Hi DJ, Yes. I am aware of the master cylinder change. I haven't decided which way to go yet. How do you like the master cylinder from Jeff? I haven't ordered any of them yet so I haven't seen one in person. I stock lots of items from PMC and they are of excellent quality. Does it look close to the original? Andre

Andre No problems Andre.Master looks great and I can only hope the H2 stops as good as the Z1.I've got the PMC master & Splitter with the R.S. Bracket, hoses and R.S. hose holder all from Jeff. The Z1 conversion was no problem as the caliper is symetrical with the bleeder and brake line in the middle.Brakes are killer though. If I was younger and stupider I'm sure I could do stoppies with it.
