I have used lots of different windshields on different bikes, I find the slip streamer style to be the best, they seem to keep the wind off the chest and up over the helmet, however they are a bit noisy, almost chattery at 80+

changed oil and filter, replaced plugs, greased swing arm, lubed chain, have fork dust and oil seals on order as one just started leaking... then all that's left is battery, timing/valves and a safety!!

dunno Curtis, looks like this is a sohc and has no adjustment?? anyways points cleaning and adjustment was simple enough and now the bike fires up and runs on one kick cold!! crazy thing is I need to try and bend a feeler gauge about 75deg and I keep snappin the end off LOL!! figure if I find brass gauges they'll bend easier??

battery bought and charged, alternator charging at 14.5v @ ~3000rpm, bike fires right up on e-start!!

tightened as many nuts and bolts as I could on the whole bike and then went for a 60km rip on her!! she worked real good!! AND, the plastic trick cured the fork seal!!

new airfilters and carb manifolds installed,carbs cleaned and bike is runnin like a champ!!
