So after confereing with my mechanic, I've been describing the wrong symptoms. He explained that tuned pipes cause some what lean conditions and clip position will cure most of the issues. How ever, the off idle issue is a lean bog I needed to go up one size pilot as im at less than one turn out on the 25s. 27.5s on the way. I hope this helps, pulling carbs suck.

You can plan on pulling them off a few more times.... to get the 27.5's out.

That does sound big by 400 standards anyway. Are you sure it's firing on 3 coming off idle circuit? Does it all of a sudden, kick in?

You can plan on pulling them off a few more times.... to get the 27.5's out. O boy, really, so 22s, but its already lean with the 25s. It is firing on all 3 off the start. Maybe a size up on the mains, it's real close, just not 100%, maybe I'll take it in and have the iggy and timimg gone over by a pro.
