I am happy to say that the vibration is gone. I had it out a few times and it runs smooth all the way to redline. Before, I could only rev it until about 5k until it shook like a jack hammer. I wish I could personally thank Don (TT-NUT...RIP) again for helping me out, he fixed my crank for free after I had trouble with a local shop.
I think I need someone to test ride it next spring... to me, it seems like it has zero power until about 6k. At that point it takes off like a rocket. I have never ridden a 500 other than mine, but Ian's 400 had way more bottom end and mid range. Hopefully I didn't ruin it with my home porting, but it was mild.
The clutch needs some work.. I "upgraded" it and somehow made it slip worse.. I will hopefully solve that this spring.

With the Wirges on my bike, the power starts around 5000 rpm and pulls hard to red line. But it is a bit of a dog till then. That is with stock carbs. Wirges work! And they sound awesome!

The clutch is new vesrah frictions and a sytec replica. I have barnett springs to put in, but wanted to try with the stock springs. It slips when I shift hard while in the powerband. If I back off and come back on the power it does not slip.
The pipes are WTF spec and I have stock carbs with foam uni filters. The bike is away for the winter, I will have to mess with it in the spring.
