Higgsy can probably give you some starting settings that will be pretty close.

My '72 S2 did OK with #95 main jet & 25 pilot fired by Boyer Bransden ignition But I wasn't satisfied with the peaky power - compared to all the fuel it drank. So I experimented with "KH4" stamped Mikunis from a KH400 - same jetting as above, needle clip at 2nd from top, and BANG! It did 185kms/h. Remember to hang them well in soft rubber at rear mounts. Mine cracked because I didn't leave enough room for the pipes to "move" as they warmed up cooled down again. I guess that's why they're called "expansion chambers"... ErlingW

I was talking to David the other day, he said generally his pipes are designed to work with standard/stock jetting, increased jetting is usually needed when stock air systems are replaced with individual pods. But that doesn`t mean some mods may be required. Does sound a little vague, but get your beast tuned with the stock jetting and go from there if you are running pods go up 10 sizes(main) to start. It`s all trial and error, every bike, conditions are different.
Good luck and have fun with it, that`s what it`s all about.
Just my 2cents worth, Cheers Rick

I think you mean go up 10 as in 95 to 105?

Start rich, work down, my 400 with WTF's, & Uni Pods is bang on with stock pilots, #100 mains, & the needles lowered one notch. Took a lot of trial & error to get there, but worth it in the end..
