I picked up an original, factory"A" series service manual today for $20.00. I think I scored. Also got a Clymer manual for the triple series for $10.00 that looked like it had never even been opened. The guy also had a pair of aluminum rims ( 18" &19") for $50.00, but unfortunately 36 spoke instead of 40. I'm tempted to go back and get them to keep for a later project. Sold the Concours, so I now have the space to get some work done. Working on both the A7 and the H1.

Another little known fact Ian,the early RD 350 shocks are identical except for the rubber bump stops inside the springs, the springs rate is very close too, Andre at Repo Decals sell them

Hey Gord..just checked the length of the RD shocks and they are 12" eye to eye, the A7 shocks are 12 3/4 eye to eye same as the H1.

Hi Ian, the shocks off my 1973 RD 350 measure 12.5 inches and are visually the same as my 1970 A1( which are 12.75 inches)
