I think USPS only charge $5 for their broker fees. SoupD. I've never had a Canadian customer tell me USPS cost him any extra fee.

The only time I got nicked for extra cash using USPS is when Canada customs opened my package for a random check... $30 service charge I insist on USPS for all my ebay purchases I make from the States and I only use Canada Post up here. Screw the couriers, you pay double the price!

It would seem fair only, for example, if you got a phone call from the customs folks explaining that they hear a ticking sound from a package being sent to you, and wonder if you'd like to pay $30 to them so they can find out the source of the noise.
