Nice work. Did you find a uni filter with a 90° inlet? Or is the 15° just resting there?

Thanks, guys. Givr, the Unis have the straight inlet. I took an idea that battleax on the KTW board suggested and ran with it. kawasakitriplesworldwide.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=41064&highlight=Used PVC plumbing elbows, a 90 for the center cylinder and 45's for the two outside cylinders, allows all three to tuck up where the original airbox used to be. He machined an aluminum adapter to go on the carb throats that then fit the inside of the elbows. I didn't have the tools or know-how to make those so I made some from PVC adapters. The elbows are a friction fit onto the adapters but for piece of mind I installed a set screw in each so they can't work their way off. That's just one of many mods on the bike - I gotta start a thread on it...

This is probably what you're looking for: kawtriple.com/mraxl/tips/meters/meterresto.htmI never did get around to posting any details to Dale's site... ...but, ask away if you run into difficulties and I'll help if I can. Cheers, Neil
