Nice shed Ian!
I had a 12' x 12' that was a lot like that but not as nice. It was great to work in. I ran hydro and phone lines underground and insulated it. I could work out there on the coldest winter days in a t-shirt with a small electric heater. I put insulation on the walls and ceiling, using plastic vapor barrier to hold it in place.
In spring, you may want to put something under it. I leveled the ground and used 24" x 24" patio stones with plastic vapor barrier under them to prevent moisture from the ground rotting the floor.

My first thought was 12x12 BUT they can only build 9x12 as the Flat bed truck they hire can only fit that size safely.
I have those patio blocks under the corners at this time as recommended By the Menonites . Good idea on the vapour barrier . We still need to slighty level the shed yet , not much though and to use a clear stain on the wood.
Sure wouldn't take much to heat and as Givr says ..there will be some wrenching going on..
