This is the H1 my son Colin is looking to buy in Dec . it has 8000 original miles . They guy who bought my H1A bought this because it too good to pass up for the price . So he offered it to my son as he knew he was looking for a later H1 . My son thanks to all you guys ( Tweed Rally ) lmao now has the Triple virus .
This bike is NICE with only a flaw in the other side of the tank where a dollar size piece came off near the bottom . No big deal as it can be touched up. Those Iggy wires will have to go
The carbs will need a clean for sure as it runs but floods.
The owner is kind enough to offer to delivery it in an enclosed trailer . ;D ;D ;D
Never seen a kid soooo horny over his 350 BUT now he is REALLY excited about this 500 . Saftey course in the spring and he hopes insurance won't kill him.
$2000 sounds like the figurer he got when he had his 350 honda . Turned him off from riding . Somehow I think he'll bite the bullet and go riding next year.

well there is worse things for a kid to blow hard earned money on. I look forward to riding with my kid. We have skidoo'd together now for 8 years straight, he loves it too, but I let him have my rocket for a day...mistake...the John Deere's 25 hp no longer cuts it after having 100hp under his butt.

Cost me $840 liability only to insure my 400, could not insure it higher than that , I took the M1 - M2 safety course in the Spring.. Timmins & Jevco both told me that passing the course was worth $0 discount. I wanted to tell them to fack off....
SoupD.
"If I can't see it, touch it, smell it, hear it, or taste it, then it probably does not exist.."
'Life's hard, it's really hard when you're stupid'.
I figure the course is their best bet . They can teach them things I cannot. Also they walk away with their M2 .
I have read the MTOs hand book and some of the stuff is a joke .
I always told my son to have BOTH feet planted on the ground in case you loose your balance , never hold in your clutch and always watch your mirror . Did you know that is WRONG , You Must have One foot down and the other on the peg and with the clutch in.SAY WHAT!!! The BEST is YOU MUST MAKE CONTACT WITH THE CAR DRIVER by making eye contact before making a Turn etc .
HOLY SH&T where did they get these people to write this stuff.
Good to hear your insurance isn't all that bad soup . Should come down eventually .
No No ! You are supposed to have the clutch out and the front brake on full and throttle half while the rear tire smokes when stopped . Put your feet where ever . Friggin awesome H1 ;D
