After some searching I couldn't find anybody else with this problem. I'm having a hell of a time trying to get the caliper shafts into the carrier. The orings from the kit just seem too big. Anybody have this problem? Diablo kit.

Have you lubed the O rings and the shafts ? Use Lockheed rubber grease

I've used plenty of good grease, and even chamfered the holes a bit. No go. I'll probably go back at it later. I just had to put it down. Just seems like they're excessively big.

Maybe it’s my brain on a Monday - but can you post a photo ?
Maybe you have the incorrect kit for your caliper ?

Generally speaking only here, but to get an idea if the o-ring is the correct one, the o-ring should compress about 10-15% on the diameter and the width of the groove should be wide enough to allow that to happen.

Must be the wrong kit.I know when I just clean and reuse the old rubers you have to be very careful
as they stretch very easy and won't go back in.

I had that same battle with my S3 "kit"...ended up re-using the old ones

I double checked the fart number on the little bag, supposedly the right ones. I might have to dig through some of rings to try to find better ones.

These things aren't going in. Using the old ones isn't a possibility, they're long gone. I'm gonna buy some 7.5mm ID, 10.5mm OD ones that I think are a better fit and see how it goes.
If they work I'll have 496 extra I can share around haha.

I seem to remember having the same issue when I did the KH400. Unfortunately I can't remember if I reused the originals or somehow got them to work.... Sorry

No worries. These rings are just way too big. They're right around 2mm thick, with the groove they sit in measuring only 2.2mm wide, and ~1mm deep. Just not going to happen.

Sure sounds like he has the wrong o-rings based on feedback. If you can measure the bore and groove width and depth, it’s easy enough to spec your own.
Sealtech supply will set you up.

Definitely apprears that a 1.5mm cross section would be more appropriate. Its a little silly that they're putting 2mm o-rings in the kits.
According to that table, to fit the rings I have, the groove in the shaft would need to be 1.55 deep and 2.4 wide. Right now I'm measuring ~1.2mm and ~2.2mm. This is measured properly with calipers and bore gauges.
