As Steve said, it's tough to find a meal in Michigan better than Lisa's. Huge breakfast and dinner, you are on your own for lunch although we have been known to scoot off to Maple for peameal bacon and eggs on occasion or even a perch dinner at the local pub in Cedar... I wouldn't worry about bringing a BBQ, food is cheap down there. Sorry on the spellin Steve, what ever works best, maybe we can do the same as we had planned for last year before Ned got involved? Do you need my Bandit for a ride or will you pickup one at Rick's?
Beauty!! That's great to hear I don't have any of my bikes on the road at the moment so I pack light if anyone's got a spare seat. Or I can even offer up my car to haul people so we don't all need to squeeze together in a truck or what not

Not sure how good chances are this year with so many more planning to go. . Thanks for your kind words guys! And for some strange reason Lisa does like to cook for you guys, she cooked 200 meat balls last night and has frozen them - she's planning a Chicken dinner on Saturday night and breakfasts . . . . Glad she stays sober!
As to bikes, I just insured 4 more yesterday, I should have about 9 ready to go, many obviously are already spoken for, others need "tinkering with".
There is still a good chance that this may be the last "Birthday Bash" I wanted my 60th to be the One but my life is moving forwards faster than I thought.
Yes, It should be a good One this Year, 8 Guys are turning up next Wednesday to start getting ALL the toys out and running! There will be some antics that's for sure!
Have a safe trip up guys and I'm looking forward to seeing you all!

Well how was it ? Any pictures ? We were in Detroit checking out the dream cruise. And contacted RB and were planning to go up north and join you guys. With my friend. We got side tracked however. There was a 1975 S3 400 on Craigslist about an hour outside Detroit. So we ended up going check it out.I am glad we did !! It turned out to be an original owner bike with only 4K miles on it !! An absolute time capsule !! The bike belongs in a museum.I could have bought it.But passed on it and let my friend take it.I have not seen a bike that nice and clean and original since we visited RB'S collection !! We missed the Triples Bash but getting the 400 helped make up for the fact that we couldn't be there.Still in Detroit and heading back today and stopping in Toronto to visit some friends.I wish I was bringing the 400 home but my friend needed a bike !!

It was a fabulous event - as always. Saturday was a masterpiece of a day - eating like monsters, playing with toys, taking an epic ride ...led by RB on a 7 cylinder "triple". A very smokey KV race up RB's street ..and then celebrating by polishing off a keg from a local brewery.. what???

Congrats on the bike! I had a great time! Friday was pretty much a washout until the evening, then we managed to get out for a ride. Saturday was a beauty day and a beauty ride! About 20 triples out for that one. Unfortunately not many memorable pictures from me but there are plenty of pics and video's from others up on the Kawi FaceBook page. I'm not usually a big fan of the multi cylinder bikes but the 7 cylinder 606 cc one Rick had was a real piece of art, the tank, seat and tail were all widened to make it look the part. RB rode it on the Saturday ride and it was pretty darn quick as well!
