cant type too well. had shoulder surgery today from a fall in January. This trip was mostly about seeing my son Tommy in NB. So we were limited as to where we travelled. This was the best holiday i ever had. great weather too. And the best roads I have ever ridden, bar none!! I'd loved to have ridden NS as well. We did Fredericton and St John. Then Charlottetown and Cavendish. Tommy drove Sallys Tacoma and my trailer while I/Maddy rode the GM5oo on the weekends. Anyway, we trailered the Gentlemans500 (an LC original name for it ) to the East Coast, and did a pile of riding. including riding from New Brunswick to PEI with my girl Maddy on the back. Across the longest bridge in the world, the Confederation Bridge. That was a memory for Maddy. ......I got up early most mornings at 6, and snuck away by 7 for my own 1-2 hour rides. My wife Sally and I had a couple nice outings too. Nice evening rides along the ocean. My son is stationed in New Brunswick and joined us on weekends and every eve for beers and CookOuts. He joined us PEI too, really nice. Now my riding season is done, but I have now ridden my KH in 4 provinces and 23,000 km's. Not bad for a 500 dollar bike, and a 200 dollar paint job. Heres a couple pics

Sorry you couldn't get over here for a ride and I couldn't get the time to get to PEI, my parents still live there, for a ride but it looks like you had a great time. I hope you have a fast and good recovery and get back to riding soon, even if it is on a sled

Hey Donnie, what is the stone structure in the pictures? Is it a defense building from the war? Get well soon eh? We don't want the GM500 to rust up from sitting. Oh yea, you use dino oil, no worries then.

Looks like a great trip Donny. You'll have to try and make it 5 provinces next year by coming out to MB. That'll rack up another 5 or 6K. All the best for a full and speedy recovery. Cheers, Neil
