Looks like Raimo and I are going so far so get on the website and register. Should be lots of fun. It's not a Race so if you its too slow just bump up a class till your riding with people of your skill and speed level. Read the rules. Rick's been there several times so can answer any questions or send a note to Dave the organizer. Check it out.

The transponder keeps score (lap times etc) and its not optional, Its the size of a phone that straps onto the bike. you can buy them but cant remember how much but big bucks ... maybe rick will chime in here.
The entry fee of a $150 is for your class of bike ....that covers the practice heat races and final race (all weekend), you may however try to compete in other higher classes in that case it usually another $60.00 so the more you race the better the deal!

Very cool Jim, this might just be the perfect environment for me to get my feet wet! Agreed, I wanted to go weather I ride the bike or not. I missed the spring event. Lots of people we know with lots of great bikes. I haven't been to that track so it should be a good outing. Review the rules and Dave said a full set of Ballistic Clothing is Ok if your not in the fast group. Maybe we can plan to go for dinner afterwards somewhere. I added an event for it in the events section.
