Finished Mach up and battery box fitting reduced a stock kh400 box to fit in frame and accept a Shorai lithium batt Thinking of doing a hybrid really just need it to keep the milk crate from tipping Here's the paint work that was on it in 89

The RZ is a heck of a backup bike but I'm looking forward to seeing this beast back on the road! Looking great!

A few update pics Looks like a lot of white metal doesn't it lol had to put a 45 degree cable adjuster on the centre carb to clear the petcock and that required a throttle cable mod You can see how the frame mod was worth it to get those 6inch UNI's to fit And thanks to Chromeit's input we were able to tuck those babies behind the stock side cover looking nice and tight And thanks to HEL USA for the custom lines and a visit from Ned this baby is real close to firing up unfortunately I won't be able to get dyno time for the Zeel before Tweed so I'll run the stocker so I can bring her. Also got to say I was impressed when I opened the box and found HEL included stainless banjo bolts and crush washers and they where exactly the right size for the slave
