Thx Adam! The one thing I like about this bike is the cost of the parts... I believe an oem crank assembly can be had for about $150 I doubt I could even buy the parts and get it rebuilt for that kind of money???

I've been busy on eBay over the holidays... 5 port G4TR cylinder and 1994 KE100 cases. All the components from the G3SS "should fit" from my measurements so far. I still need to sort out a 6.75mm differential between pre 1974 100's compared to the later model one's. I'm hoping it is due to the piston... Lucky me though, I bought a piston for the later model but the guy sent me the early model piston. I'll be sure to measure it before returning! What I'm stuck on right now is the tail design... I'd like to go with the bicycle frame look, meaning all electrics and oil tank will go in the tail. If worse comes to worse for space, maybe I'll expose the oil tank. Basically going for a road race style seat and tail but maybe a little more emphasis on butt comfort. The girls and I are hoping to be inspired at the upcoming bike show.

Some progress... The frame is a dogs breakfast where the saddle sits. The vertical tube is proud of the frame rails by 40mm, that will be changed for sure!
