..close, it's a '69 I bought from Winterpeg. Ari very kindly took some photos and vids for me -- then he went to the dude's house and brought it home to keep it safe. He's delivering it to Tweed.. ;D Guys like Ari (and the rest of you blighters) make this place great. I'm excited about the bike, but the way the economy is going I'm going to have to put it in dry storage for a while before I can do anything with it..

Sorry, I wont be able to make it to Tweed as well. Have to work, and besides I don't have a running eng for the triple yet. I did find a H2 eng. But it's in bad shape, blew 2 piston skirts at the same time, by the looks of it. That in turn snapped of the bottom skirts from the sleeves. And all that stuff flying around cracked the casings in about 4 or 5 places. All the bearing journals are good, and with alot of work I might be able to weld up the cases. Oh, and it also has a bad gear in the tranny. It's the only H2 eng I could find. So! if anybody has a center cyl in good shape for sale, and a tranny gear ( can't remember which one) I might give this thing a go. stay tuned. Paul.

I will be arriving sometime Saturday afternoon, the woman wont be with me as she is working, might convince my old man to come down with me. We wont be spending the night as there is just too much going on around home.

What time do think you'll be coming on Sat Curtis? I am hoping to be back in Tweed by 4-5pm this time . Doing a test run this weekend to get a approx time. If we're not back when you arrive ..make yourself at home.

it's an ugly mug for sure Ari, your not missing much. It only took me 22 years of marriage to figure out why my sweet Sally always had a double rum then turned off the bedroom lights before she would kiss me.
Party is on for June next year for sure. Not sure of the date yet. Fathers Day Weekend anyway. Maybe we'll do a ride to the Canadian Warplane Museum ...maybe not. One thing I am not eating at the Erie Beach again. It was nothing like it used to be
Your going to love the ride around Tweed, one of Ontario's best kept secrets for sure. Mr Walmsley is a great host too. HAve fun !!

Hahaha...my wife begged to work from home, so she'd never have to kiss me goodbye.
