I have seen good results from the gold valves. I was thinking of putting them in when I was rebuilding my forks but then decieded that I wouldn't be riding my bike that hard in the turns to really see a difference

I was thinking of putting them in when I was rebuilding my forks but then decieded that I wouldn't be riding my bike that hard in the turns to really see a difference we push our bikes pretty hard through the turns for forty year old machines so we'll take any help we can get, especially cant wait to get back up to tweed what was the name of that one road walms? and of corse our local favorite River rd.

This is true , but then again, I'm using suspension that is at least 10 years newer in both age and tech. so I'm already ahead of the game some what
