Well I finally picked up the stainless steel fenders,triple tree, hub,blinker housings and some other goodies,man Tim my polishing guru is unreal,he makes scratched and fowl parts look like brand new and better,I had a dent in the front fender so he took it to a hot rod builder that only does metal and he pounded it out for $11.00 dollars. Who the hell does anything for $11.00.That guy gets a fifth of some good whiskey. The frame will be ready by monday and I cant wait to start putting this baby back together.

I picked up the frame today,started putting on some parts,swing arm, shocks,kick stands,the frame turned out great, I know some guys don't like to powder coat,but this guy has it down, when powder coating is done correct it is applied very lite,not thick.The first thing I look at when I pick up my frames is the vin# on the neck,they must clearly stand out,that tells me it was done correct. I want to look at the frame and say I cant tell if that's painted or powder coated.

Very nice! Test your horn before you install it -- they're fiddly little buggers, I had mine in pieces about 8 times before it finally started to squawk again.

Started cleaning the case today,God bless the dremel tool.

Its time to start getting this done,put the battery box in and the A and B box,also started setting the rear fender up,Need some other parts to hurry up and get here from the chrome shop.
