Its been a couple years since I built a triple for the street so I figured it was time again. At this point I have no paint scheme in mind, and no fancy pants parts. Just what I have and maybe some crap found by dumpster diving. Let's start with a kh500 frame, kz650 forks and everything you see here I got for free... I've had this bottom end built for a couple years now, dug it out. Features Chris Ritchie lab seals in the newly rebuilt crank. LC recommended I open it up again and make sure the seals are perfectly centered. Apparently they can rub and fail if they dont stay put. Someone had them fail in short order, can't hurt to check it out at this point. The spare block Have a set of redwing hammerheads. I'll see if I can get them to work. Kawonda Dave's peacock h1 top end with vm34s and wossners. Should be straightforward. I dug this beauty out of the scrap metal pile at RBs this past August. It'll find a place of honour on this build. Thanks to Pete for bringing it back over the border! Jim pipewelder fixed up the mount on my first set of Ttnut fabbed fat belly Wtfs. Can hear them scraping on the pavement already! Yep they're going on too. I'd love to get my hands on a long 74,75 H2 swingarm. If anyone has one to part with, let me know. Now to get to work.....

Haha, I hope he beefed the mount up this time. I was behind you for the first 2 times you dropped a pipe! 😳

Ttnut only welded the mount in one spot in a straight line on these pipes. Jimmy added another folded over strip and welded it to the original piece. This for the right pipe. The one I dropped at the track a couple times to Dave Horwarths dismay was the left pipe on the h1/h2 tucked design. Still have to drill the hole for the bolt.

Merry Christmas eve, some interesting things happening here, cracked open the engine to make sure everything was still there. Nobody stole the crank or transmission and shift forks. Met up with Peter in Whitby and he passed along the luggage rack that I scoped out at RBs. Now I have more inspiration to maybe perhaps possibly think about getting around to ponder how this mess will continue...

Better fill the front tire with water instead of air for a counter weight 😂
