Usually 4 stroke liners are just a tight fit, no real worries about turning in the cylinder.

I just heated the aluminum with a torch, the sleeves basically fell out.

I soaked a sock, put it in the freezer...cylinder in the oven 350 for half hour. Took it out and put the frozen sock in the cylinder...you could see the gap open up

I may eventually try some backyard casting...probably go terrible but YouTube makes it look fairly easy and plus its something I always wanted to try
