I played slo pitch tourneys for 25 years and we never had problems getting lodging for 15 beer swilling ball players. It only makes sense that a personal residence shouldn't have the burden. There are plenty of places in southern Ontario were we could get awesome roads and good accommodations. I am going to be out for the next few gatherings, growing family with my second son due to be born any day and an ever expanding business, takes up a lot of time. However, If anyone from KTC is coming through Peterborough area and wants to stop in, chew the fat, talk bikes, or stop into the shop I will offer discount to anyone  |

It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission...  My buddy and I spent a weekend riding the park after it closed for the season... We had no idea that the yogi's were chasing us the whole time! They were pretty upset when they finally caught us but in the end, let us off with a stern warning. We visited again of course but knew better than to stop for a yogi... They only had cars, 1/2 tons and sleds so evading them was fairly easy on a dirt bike.  |

I've done parts of this already.Great scenery. SOOOO is this a Triple thing or a Modern bike tour? One thing to remember there isn't much for gas stations in some areas as I discovered. I almost ran the tank dry and just before the Bog sound there was a station..No station meant a 30K push to the next one |

I almost ran the tank dry and just before the Bog sound there was a station..No station meant a 30K push to the next one I think these are really just suggestions to get the ball rolling for future rides/rallys I'm sure Walms considered the gas thing  we all know i'd be the first one on the side of road |

I for one would still be in for renting the place near Tweed we looked at last year Neil.
A September meet is usually a great time.
And if Walms runs outta gas again, he aint bitch riding with me.... |

To me that farm house on the water near Tweed is the perfect spot for a rally. Considering Mouth already has the contact, it only makes sense. It's cheap enough that we can go ahead even if only 6 of us stand up and be counted.
