Do you mean segmented vs. Hydroformed?

Wirges H1 and H2 used 1.75" OD, and probably 0.05" wall, so 1.65" ID = 41.9mm (What you said)
Same as Denco, by the way.

Maybe I should design a quick and dirty pipe that would clamp on to a set of stock headers and see? On the simulator, that is... I'm curious...maybe another option for the WTF pipes?...lol

Straight header and 3 cones with a 4" belly? And super short stingers, don't even allow the option to add cans

Single 4" belly? Mint...may not make any power, but it would sure sound nice. Done, already for eBay

I think the same on 400, correct? Probably. Dencos were the same.

I thought a few of the manufacturers started behind the head pipes, like J&R power pipes and Jemco's But not nearly the cool factor and perhaps performance? Does it make a big difference? J&R's were sold with or without head pipes. The supplied headers worked better - not sure if they were tapered, but they definitely were bigger diameter.

Straight header and 3 cones with a 4" belly? Wish I had a close up picture of the elaborate exhaust on "The Pickle" eh Andrew?? Who needs pipes? We don't need no stinking pipes......

Single 4" belly? Mint...may not make any power, but it would sure sound nice. Done, already for eBay Roland's 400 has super skinny WTFs and it makes tremendous power if I remember correctly

Yup, proof that skinny pipes do work! A fat pipe might spread the power a bit more though.
