Invert carbs 180 degrees Set float height Buy a vacuum pressure hand pump If the needle and seat will hold 5 psi, then it's not leaking.
It's simple, no need to complicate things

stuff is going crazy when the motor is running. No need to be ridiculous with this. I have to agree here...I was having some issues with my H2 last year and was trying to get the float height and fuel level right..One fine day whilst running around 100MPH, I looked down at my carbs - they were absolutely a blur..I was shocked! The fuel coming into and existing those carbs at that moment would have been a "mist" at best.

Got a new triple and parked it in my nice shiny new shed and it pissed all over the floor like the untrained puppy. Turns out there were two problems, leaking float and a defective pet cock lol. Fixed both however no fuel entered the engine as it came out the overflow tubes. I used a container filled with water to check the float levels while blowing in the fuel line. Vacuum petcock valves are a good back up when they work!
