Looks amazing. On my h2b caferacer, I use 15 plates, redline heavy duty springs (stiffer than Barnett heavy duty) plus 1 plug washer to stiffen up even more. Had to due to the ->100 NM torque. No slippage at all now. But even when using Ralfs fantastic releaser, off course the clutch is hard to pull. Not too hard, but still......hard. Now I have my hydraulic releaser. The question is what kind of pump to use? I need a bit more travel than stock due to the 15 plate mod. Any suggestions? My brake pump is a early 80-ties kawa, the rectangular one used for many kawasakies in that decade. Is there any kawasaki clutch pumps with the rectangular outfit similar to my brake reservoar that I can use? I would really like the clutch reservoar to be visual nice, like the old kawasaki rectangular. If not available, what other pump/reservoar can be used for my application? And is there any travel adjustments on these pumps? I have no experience with this high tech parts Jørgen

I have a 15 plate setup and it seems to be ok with a 9.5mm master cylinder made by AJP. It has an adjustable stroke too. When I say ok, I mean I get a bit of drag when the oil is cold but goes away after warming up. That could also be because of the oil I'm using too?

Barnetts has thinner steel plates available to make up for the extra plates. It should increase holding capacity by 15% with no added clutch force.

I bought mine directly from Barnetts as they have a few thickness options other than stock, not to mention cheaper to buy direct.

I use H1 steelplates on My H2. They are 0,4mm thinner than the H2 steelplates. Then I added 1 friction and 1 steelplate. With the redline springs, it never slipes, even with plus 100 rwNm torque/plus 120 rwhp power.

1975 H1 500 . I have had clutch issues with this bike its entire life since I bought the bike new in 1975 . Think I'll have to go with the added friction plate and slimmer steel plates ...or try ATF F
