Hello guys The bike looks good, but hasn't been touch for a long time every once and a while I would turn the engine over.
1-checked the brake reservoir the oil has turned to dark saw dust. Cleaned it out, the lever was seized. got that moving again cleaned the lines up to the brake caliper. I am going to order new pads and clean everything and try to bleed the line.
2- The throttle cable doesn't move, so I probably need to clean the carbs and lubricate the cable. Never cleaned carbs before any tips or suggestions.
3- The clutch cable doesn't move don't want to force it.
4- The two stroke oil tank is full of oil and clean. I would like to dump it and clean all lines. What is the best 2 stroke oil these days.
5- The transmission oil is clean but I will change it. Any suggestion on a more modern oil to use.
6- New brakes front and back and check and lubricate bearings. Change back brake cable and change rear brake switch I think its all dried up.
7- Change spark plugs. Any suggestions.
8- new battery. Any suggestions
9- check lighting, wiring and switches.
Well this is a start of things to do. I imagine there's more.

Several of your questions can be answered here: kawtriple.com/mraxl/faq.htmDump the oil tank and be sure to clean the filter. The brake line will have the same crud in it that the master had. Clutch plates are probably stuck together... pull it apart and make sure it is reassembled with pressure plate properly aligned. Slides are probably stuck in the carbs. Soaking in carb cleaner may free them up. Don't damage them by trying to use a screwdriver to force them.

Bummer that your oil tank is full! Mine was empty because the check valves were leaking when I got my bike but the oil may have preserved my crank seals. If you don't plan to split the cases to inspect, be sure to draw out any injector oil that did get by the check valves. You don't want to hydro lock the motor.

For your #2 question your slides are most likely stuck. Use a heat gun to lightly heat the the upper carb then you should be able to unscrew the tops and get the slides out .. The varnish has turned to glue..

Another trick k have used is to dunk carbs and cables right into a big pot of vinegar and pine sol, bring to a boil and every piece of junk just falls off it.
Unless you want to piss off the old lady, do this outside on the BBQ side burner

Anyone ever order parts from partzilla ? Many times and they are good to deal with. One of the few sellers who tells you a part is NLA if it is. They don't just take your money and tell you 3 days later the parts are not available.... Like most.
