you have 3 individual stingers exiting into one can. i guess you could run the stinger at 25mm like it was one pipe. this is all new territory. 1.250" should work.

How about I will build 2 rears for it.
One at 1.25 inch and the other at 1.5 inch and see which performs better.

I can't remember for the life of me since i only put it on as a joke, I never paid much attention to it. I even tried to give it away, nobody was really interested. When it pulled to about 7300 before hitting the wall i thought ...cool.

Hey Lou!
Yes, right now the belly cone is about 6 5/8 diameter at widest point...
Still gotta do alot of fine tuning and shaping

Getting some of the steel today for the pipe. Going to cut the center stand mounts tonight and work on the belly cone... Judging by the video and photos, my design is almost identical, woo hoo I should have a mean sounding 500

I think it was my fat ass and the 100lbs of parts Rick gave me in my back pack ;D ;D ;D ;D He felt sorry for me since my sprocket teeth looked like they belonged on a table saw for ripping 4 x 4's in half. ya...maybe i do have a habit of taking things to max limit ;D ;D ;D

Got the stinger today.
1.56 I.D. i got 23 inches long, i only theoretically need 15, but its easier to have extra and cut off what i dont need.
didnt bother taking pictures as its just a round piece of pipe and is not particularly the most interesting thing i can show a photo of... haha
started to cut off the center stand mounts and the grinder went up in smoke, so i just called it a night, too hot and humid to do anything in the shop.
Tomorrow night I will post some more pictures as I should have some of the pipe built

Tonight was the biggest waste of time, ever.
Finished the center stand mounts with no problems.
Started working on the pipe, got the first cone rolled fine and dandy (as it is just straight through and does not taper) cut the 2nd one out and that is when the night went to a crap-fest
Got it cut out, squared up, and started to roll it, everything was going fine until halfway through when the metal just decided to crease itself over and look like shit. OK new piece and do it again.
Started to roll the second piece, got it all the way around perfect, held it up to the first cone to tack it in and its WAY over sized, triple checked all my measurements and realized when i wrote on the steel blank the size to cut in soap stone, i wrote 5/8 instead of 1/8. Doh!
So, checked my measurements, and if I tweaked it just a little bit I could still use it as one of the cones that is near the end. which would be fine if I was anywhere close to the end.
I ended up just getting frustrated, cleaned the shop up and came home, I find that if I am getting ugly at it, I tend to not think it all the way through.. Not good when trying to build a pipe.
So, tomorrow is another day I suppose...
